In this first mobility activity, the participating teachers were the school principal, Alexandros Mylonas, Melissa Evangelidi, English language teacher and project coordinator, and Anthi Liatsa, primary school teacher. They attended the training course “Digital Tools: Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Critical Thinking (4Cs)”, organised by Europass Teacher Academy in Barcelona and delivered by teacher trainer Yanella Ojeda.

The training took place in an international educational environment, where teachers from different countries had the opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices. Participants came from countries such as Romania, Bulgaria, Sweden, Estonia, Poland, and Japan, enhancing the intercultural dimension of the experience and creating a rich context for knowledge exchange.

The course focused on the use of modern digital tools to support the development of 21st-century skills, known as the 4Cs: collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking. Through hands-on activities, participants were introduced to contemporary pedagogical approaches and tools that promote collaborative learning, creative expression, and active student engagement.

The knowledge and skills acquired are expected to be integrated into the school’s educational practice through the implementation of innovative teaching methods and activities that foster students’ creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.

Στην πρώτη αυτή κινητικότητα συμμετείχαν ο Διευθυντής Αλέξανδρος Μυλωνάς, η Μελίσσα Ευαγγελίδη, εκπαιδευτικός Αγγλικής γλώσσας και συντονίστρια του προγράμματος, και η Ανθή Λιάτσα, δασκάλα. Οι συμμετέχοντες παρακολούθησαν το επιμορφωτικό πρόγραμμα «Digital Tools: Collaboration, Communication, Creativity and Critical Thinking (4Cs)», που διοργανώθηκε από τον φορέα Europass Teacher Academy στη Βαρκελώνη και υλοποιήθηκε από την εκπαιδεύτρια εκπαιδευτικών Yanella Ojeda.

Η επιμόρφωση πραγματοποιήθηκε σε διεθνές περιβάλλον, με τη συμμετοχή εκπαιδευτικών από χώρες όπως η Ρουμανία, η Βουλγαρία, η Σουηδία, η Εσθονία, η Πολωνία και η Ιαπωνία, ενισχύοντας τον διαπολιτισμικό χαρακτήρα και την ανταλλαγή καλών πρακτικών.

Το πρόγραμμα επικεντρώθηκε στην αξιοποίηση σύγχρονων ψηφιακών εργαλείων για την ανάπτυξη των δεξιοτήτων του 21ου αιώνα (4Cs): συνεργασία, επικοινωνία, δημιουργικότητα και κριτική σκέψη. Μέσα από βιωματικές δραστηριότητες, οι εκπαιδευτικοί γνώρισαν σύγχρονες παιδαγωγικές προσεγγίσεις που ενισχύουν τη συνεργατική μάθηση και την ενεργό συμμετοχή των μαθητών.

Οι γνώσεις και δεξιότητες που αποκτήθηκαν θα αξιοποιηθούν στην εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία μέσω καινοτόμων πρακτικών που προάγουν τη δημιουργικότητα, τη συνεργασία και την κριτική σκέψη των μαθητών.
